These models are both impulse bench model heat sealer and pedestal model combined in one with much more to offer. The auto heat sealer can be set to automatically seal at set intervals which increases productivity on repetitive work. These heat sealers are very handy for larger bags where both hands are required to hold your bag straight. Your content will easily settle to the bottom of your bag for easy sealing! The auto impulse heat sealer models come with either a 2mm or 5mm broader seal for better seal-ability on heavier bags. Operation is straight forward with sealing action performed by a corded foot switch or timed repetitive automatic cycle. There is also an adjustable cool down mode to allow the seal to "set" whilst the sealing jaws are still closed. This ensures a perfect, strong seal every time. The whole operation is super quick taking no more than 1/2 a second to a few seconds for heavy gauge bags. All models come with a corded foot switch and removable table shelf. The sealers are designed to sit on a bench. Other models available have 10mm broad seals and even top and bottom elements for very heavy duty sealing. There are models that have angled and vertical position sealing jaws which suit products travelling on a conveyor etc. The standard 2mm element will seal 2 layers of 150um film and the 5mm element can seal up to 2 layers of 200um material comfortably.
